Food, Love, Life, - everyone has a different order of priority but I have to say that Food is always at the top of my list.
Meagan is a Niagara College graduate and Certified Chef that has worked in restaurants in Bronte, Burlington, St. Catherine’s, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. The world of culinary has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. With memories of family dinners and washing the dishes that came along with it, making pizza with Grandma on Saturday’s for lunch and that kid at school with the not so typical school lunches, great food has been a key part of everyday. Always wanting to taste and create new things, Meagan found a career that allowed her to do just that. Her little secret is that she thinks about food and cooking from the time she wakes up to the time her head hits the pillow. It doesn’t stop there, she even dreams about it in her sleep. She believes food is a language all its own, it tells a story of where it comes from, how it came to be and how it should be enjoyed. It plays on our emotions and brings people together all around the world, to share, to enjoy, and to love with every bite and even every taste sensation. This journey and passion has taught her so much about the traditions of food and how to fully appreciate what it has to offer, and has allowed her venture out on her own and share her love and experience for food with Meagan’s Fine Catering.
